Human behavior makes us extraordinary.
Attitude, culture, and genetics are just some of the factors that comprises human behavior. Because of this, we have what we call 'individual differences'.
Nowadays, human behavior is being used to know how a person thinks and behaves. Also, it is now being used to measure the strengths and weaknesses of an individual. Just like for example, in organization, it is being used to have a wise decision who to hire or not, and who to assign in different fields by basing their expertise.
Having a good human behavior is ideal in an organization. For example, we can use the two dimensions. First, using a quantitative, we can easily determine its job performance, such as accuracy, and its capability to finish a particular task. Or by using qualitative which scales the goodness or badness of a person.
As for me, human behavior has an impact in work performance of an individual. If it is good, the outcome will also be good, vise versa.
Having a good human behavior, it will always starts in you, within you.
